Our network offers over 30 years of experience of health care projects and related activities in the public and private sectors globally, including: 
Macro Health Care planning with special emphasis on the potential for greater coperation between public and private sectors Working with UK public and private sectors in the UK and more recently within Europe, the essence of this work has been to distil the best of what is available, from a range of countries, and adapt, or assess its application to another country's healthcare culture, particularly the effect of planning on the delivery of cost effective care.

Development Planning, Briefing and Implementation of Health Facilities. The creation, briefing and direction of design and other teams members for new projects.  
Lectures and talks on health planning and related issues in the UK, and overseas, including the Middle East from 1977 to 1984, a European sponsored tour of the People's Republic of China in 1982, at a World Health Organisation associated conference in Geneva in 1984, and in Portugal between 1991 - 1996, including conferences attended by the Portuguese Minister of Health and other leading politicians and officials on the efficiency and effectiveness of health care in Portugal.

Our networks experience in healthcare has been gained over the past 30 years – since early 1977 – across a variety of projects totalling some 150 projects in 45 ountries.  These range from primary to secondary and tertiary care, care of the elderly, and other facilities.

We have long-term consultancy and management roles in developing a strategy  and identifying suitable projects for a British and international company, of which he is a major shareholder and Chief Executive that is aiming to produce a uniform high standard of quality of healthcare provision while at the same time integrating with local cultures and practices.  The work includes advising on investment, development and operational management.
