What is FLYMI?

FLYMI is a reverse auction module which helps to find empty leg options (air ambulance flights without patients) on a worldwide basis. It opens up a huge market of an estimated 40,000 flight hours per year.

Who uses FLYMI?

FLYMI is open to all air ambulance providers, airlines, insurance companies and assistance companies anywhere in the world.

How does FLYMI work?

FLYMI allows anyone requiring the services of an air ambulance company or airline to post a request for a service quickly and easily. FLYMI immediately sends the request to all the registered ambulance companies that have been pre-selected by the requestor. The air ambulance companies then issue quotes which are sent on immediately to the requestor. They can then pick the quote that best suits their needs.

How do I know that I am getting a professional and qualified air ambulance company?

FLYMI is quality driven, meaning that you can select providers based on certified quality management systems like CAMTS, EURAMI, ISO etc.

How does FLYMI handle data security?

Our services and technology are outstanding in terms of data security. Besides security standards such as SSL encryption and the use of passwords on mobile phone networks, FLYMI also uses other data security mechanisms.  

Does it cost to join FLYMI?

If you are an air ambulance company or an airline there is a) an annual subscription fee, and b) commission payable on every assignment successfully arranged between yourselves and an assistance company.

If you are an assistance company or a broker it is completely free to join FLYMI.
